About the KC Kosher Meals on Wheels Aging and Disability Vaccination Initiative
The KC Kosher Meals on Wheels Aging and Disability Vaccination Initiative was funded by a grant from the USAging’s Aging and Disability Vaccination Collaborative. This funding will allow KC Kosher Meals on Wheels to host events, conduct outreach, provide rides to clinics, help with scheduling vaccines, and provide support to seniors and people with disabilities in Kansas City.
Together with other Aging and Disability Vaccination Collaborative grantees, we will deliver vaccines and supportive services to more than 2 million older adults and people with disabilities. USAging’s Aging and Disability Vaccination Collaborative is funded by the U.S. Administration for Community Living.
This webpage is supported by the Administration for Community Living (ACL, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)) through USAging as part of a financial assistance award to USAging totaling $74,999,835 with 100 percent funding by ACL/HHS.
